My Role
Visual Merchandising Design Project Manager
Map out the location of products and design elements, showcasing product launches and promotions to create a unified story.
Brainstorm with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain and Field team to address the market needs.
Create a monthly visual merchandising presentation that details the season’s updates and changes.
Design visual merchandising fixtures, followed by engineering drawings and prototype approvals.
